CANCELLATION POLICY
Please ensure you cancel any pending groom appointments 24 hrs prior to avoid incurring a cancellation fee totalling 50% of the value of the booking payable at your next scheduled groom appointment.
NO SHOW FEE
If you do not show for your scheduled groom appointment and have not contacted us, you will be charged a No Show fee of $50, payable at your next scheduled groom appointment.
If you No Show 3 times you will not be able to book any further appointments.

Please Note: If your dog is matted we will insist on a Full Grooming Service to rectify the problem - a matting fee will also apply. This may also result in having to reschedule your appointment to make more time to fix your dog's coat.

Bath n DRY
Quick Trim
A full groom consist of a bath (2 shampoos and conditioning) blow dry or fluff dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning, hygiene tidy and either a basic clip off or grooming to a breed standard.
A bath (2 shampoos and a conditioner) blow dry. No other clipping or scissoring in this service.

Contact us to arrange Doggy Daycare on the day of your dog's groom appointment. They can be dropped off at 8am and picked up at the end of the day. They will have plenty of water and treats, loving attention and a chance to make a few friends too!

Anxious Dogs
With a calm and gentle manner, Poochie Mama's groomers are especially good with anxious dogs allowing them plenty of time to become familiar with the sights, sounds and smells of a grooming salon. We are more than happy to work with you to create a plan that will help alleviate the stress of grooming for your dog.
